What constitutes a good proposal or project request?

A good proposal or technology project request that is likely to be undertaken is one that is well thought out from the customer and technology perspectives, has fiscal and operational support of the department and cluster leadership, has significant impact to deliver student services, there is an agreeable timeframe in which to complete the project, and SAT has available staff to complete and maintain the project requested.
