All have a high level of visibility, which can attract a large number of guests to help your event be successful. If you're looking to do something a bit different, the SLSC Office can help you organize a campus community walk.
Student Union Courtyard
The Courtyard of the new Student Union is an ideal spot to hold performances and concerts. The area is conveniently located near the UNLV Bookstore and provides functional seating for event attendees. Its proximity to the Student Union dining area and facilities provides great resources for your event.
Valerie Pida Plaza
A memorial for a late Rebel, the Valerie Pida Plaza serves as a central location for students to gather and socialize. This area provides a high level of traffic perfect for your contact table or event. Its proximity to the Student Union dining area and facilities provides great resources for your event.
Alumni Amphitheatre
Need an outdoor space for a performance that offers functional seating? The Alumni Amphitheatre is a great place for speakers or to hold small concerts. It is located just west of the Flora Dungan Humanities building, with additional buildings nearby, including the Frank & Estella Beam Hall and John S. Wright Hall. It serves as a lively event area with a high level of foot traffic, which can draw additional guests to your event.
North Field
The North Field is a centrally located green space perfect for involvement fairs, concerts, large presentations, and a wide variety of other events. This area, surrounded by the Frank & Estella Beam Hall, Central Desert Complex, Carol C. Harter Building Complex, and nearby Lied Library, offers a high visibility to passersby. It roughly measures 100'x180'. The Sidewalk just north of the field is also a reservable space.
Community Walk
