The Office of Student Life Scheduling and Conferences provides centralized scheduling and event planning services for Student Life Facilities and university outdoor green space like the North Field and Alumni Amphitheater. Our staff strives for excellence and takes pride in offering individualized attention and efficient services for a variety of economical, safe, and accommodating facilities on campus. We are happy to serve a diverse client base, including student organizations, UNLV faculty and staff, and nonuniversity groups.

Our office is filled with knowledgeable personnel who are eager to assist you with all of your event planning needs, from answering general availability and procedural questions to ensuring all your specific event needs are met.
