Student Union Floor Plans
Check out the lay of the land.
Here are the floor plans for the Student Union. Like the images, they may change a bit before the project is done, but you can get an idea of where offices and services will be
located.
Take a bird's eye view and see the big picture. The left section of the building will be constructed first while the current MSU stays open. Once the first half is done, services and offices will move over. Then the existing MSU will come down and the second half of the new Student Union will be built. |
The first floor will be the main gathering space in the new Student Union. This level features more retail spaces and bigger lounge areas along with an expanded eatery and a 300-seat theater. |
Need some privacy for a meeting or special event? The second floor has rooms of all sizes including a 10,000 square-foot ballroom. The second floor also features student lounges, including a TV lounge. You can also register to use the building's wireless network at the student computer help desk. |
Office space dominates the third floor. Many of Student Life's services and programs will be side-by-side with CSUN, GPSA, and the Rebel Yell. |
