New Student
New Student Applying for Services (print a copy of this page for your records)
Students needing accommodations must register with Disability Resource Center (DRC) to be eligible to receive accommodations at UNLV. To register, please (1) complete the Disability Resource Center On-line Application Form, and (2) forward current documentation of disability to DRC by fax, registered mail, or delivery service.
Documentation must conform to established standards of acceptability in order to be eligible to receive services and accommodations. Please be advised that IEPs and 504 plans are not adequate documentation.
Once your application has been submitted and documentation reviewed by DRC, you will be contacted by our office to schedule an appointment. Please allow at least 3 weeks from the date you forward your disability documentation for DRC to contact you.
